🔄 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please contact us before returning any items. We’ll guide you through the process.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used/opened beauty devices (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
💰 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@glowliftory.com, with photo proof of the issue.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
